You send two things. I do everything else.
What you send me
- Your words. What you offer, who it’s for, a bit about you. A rough version is fine. I’ll tidy it up.
- Your pictures. You, your treatment room, your work. Phone photographs are perfectly good.
That really is the whole list. If writing about yourself makes you wince, tell me about your practice on the phone and I’ll draft it for you instead.
What I do
- Design and build every page
- Write and structure everything else
- Buy the domain, set up hosting and your business email
- Set up Calendly and connect it to your real diary
- Set up payments: card, PayPal, Stripe or BACS
- Complete the search optimisation, page by page
- Set up or tidy your Google Business Profile
- Build and test the mobile layouts on real phones
- Install the SSL certificate, security and daily backups
- Put it live, then stay on the end of the phone

Not sure which one?
What practitioners ask me
Yes, for the Starter and Practice packages, provided you send your words and pictures promptly. The build is rarely what holds a website up. Waiting on content is. Send it over in the first couple of days and the rest is down to me. An Academy site with courses and a member area takes longer, and I’ll tell you honestly how long when we speak.
Included, and completed before you go live: page titles, descriptions, headings, image alt text, sitemap, structured data and your Google Business Profile. Plenty of builders leave this as a paid extra or simply skip it. I don’t hand over a site that isn’t findable.
A practical PDF guide that comes free with every package, written for practitioners rather than marketers: how to get your first enquiries, where to be listed, how to ask for reviews without it feeling awkward, and what is worth posting. A website brings people in. This is how you point them at it.
Yes. Bookings run through Calendly, which connects to Google Calendar, Outlook and iCloud. Block out a morning in your own calendar and those slots disappear from the website automatically, and anything a client books online drops straight back into your diary.
Easily. Each therapy gets its own page, its own length, its own price and its own availability. A client books the specific thing they want and pays the right amount for it.
Yes, and for longer sessions I’d recommend it. You can set a fixed deposit or a percentage, with the balance taken on the day.
This is exactly what I’m good at. I’ve now built several sites for therapies that most people have never heard of, and the trick is always the same: explain what happens, who it’s for and what it feels like, without jargon or overclaiming.
Not to have a website. But if you are accredited, insured or qualified, we’ll display it prominently. For a nervous first-time client those badges do an enormous amount of work.
Yes. Places, limits, waiting lists, downloadable materials and private student areas are all things I’ve built before.
