The therapist’s problem

You trained to do the work, not the admin

Most practitioners I meet are losing hours every week to the same three things: arranging appointments by message, chasing payment afterwards, and explaining what they do to people who found them by accident.
All three are website problems. A client should be able to read what you offer, understand whether it’s for them, choose a time that’s genuinely free, pay for it, and get a confirmation, without you touching your phone once.
That’s what I build, and I have built more than fifty of them. The mechanics are the same whether you practise spirit release, reiki, massage, counselling, hypnotherapy or nutrition, which means I already know what your site needs before you tell me.
What you get

Built for the way a practice actually runs

Real-time booking

Bookings run through Calendly, connected to the calendar you already keep. Clients see only the slots you are genuinely free, so there are no double bookings.

Payment before the session

Deposits or full payment taken at the point of booking. Card, PayPal, Stripe, BACS or cryptocurrency, whichever you prefer.

Automatic reminders

Confirmation and reminder emails sent without you lifting a finger. Fewer no-shows, fewer awkward chasing messages.

Courses and workshops

Sell places on training, workshops and events, with limits on numbers and a waiting list when they fill up.

Member areas

Private areas for students or ongoing clients: resources, recordings, worksheets and progress, all behind a login.

Credibility that shows

Qualifications, accreditations, testimonials and your story, laid out so a nervous first-time client feels safe getting in touch.
Five of the fifty-plus

From a single practice to an international academy

LCCH International

The London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy, an accredited college running practitioner diplomas, medical diplomas and masterclasses in London and live online. The largest site I’ve built, and proof that this scales well beyond a one-room practice.

Spirit Release Academy

A training academy certifying practitioners worldwide. It serves three groups at once: people looking for a therapist, people wanting to train as one, and qualified practitioners with a login, and each gets its own route from the top navigation.

Frequency Hypnotherapy

A remote hypnotherapy practice delivering sessions over Zoom. Everything on the site points at one action: book an appointment. The therapies are explained plainly enough that a nervous first-timer knows exactly what they are booking.

Jonno Webster

Twenty years of reputation split across one-to-one healing work and professional certification training. Two audiences, two routes: clients book sessions, practitioners book four-day certification courses.

Andy Porter

A practitioner working remotely with clients on every populated continent. The clever part is the second, lower-commitment entry point: a “spiritual health check” for people not yet ready to book a full session.
Live within a week

You send two things. I do everything else.

Most practitioners put off getting a website because they assume it means weeks of homework and decisions they don’t know how to make. It doesn’t. Send me your words and your pictures, and your site can be live within the week.

What you send me

That really is the whole list. If writing about yourself makes you wince, tell me about your practice on the phone and I’ll draft it for you instead.

What I do

1

Day one

A twenty minute phone call. I ask what you do, who you want more of, and what you want the site to achieve.
2

Days two to three

You send your words and pictures over whenever it suits you. Nothing else is needed from you after this.
3

Days four to six

I build it, wire up the bookings and payments, and complete the search optimisation. You see it and tell me what to change.
4

Day seven

Live. Domain, email, security and Google all set up properly, and your marketing pack lands in your inbox.

Included: the marketing starter pack

A website is the beginning, not the end. Every package comes with a practical PDF guide to filling your diary once you’re live, written for practitioners, not for marketers.

What’s in it

Pricing

Three packages. Pick the one that fits.

A one-off build fee, then a monthly care plan that keeps everything running. Search optimisation and the marketing starter pack are included in all three. Both numbers agreed before I start, and neither of them moves.

Starter

For a practice just getting going, or anyone who needs to exist properly online without the fuss.
£500
Then £59 a month

Academy

For practitioners who teach: courses, students, memberships and everything that comes with them.
£5,000
Then £199 a month

What the monthly covers

Not a maintenance fee for the sake of one. It is the thing that stops a website quietly falling over eighteen months after launch.
No minimum term. Stop whenever you like and take the site with you.

Not sure which one?

Ring me and describe your practice. I will tell you honestly which package you need, and if that is the cheapest one, I will say so.
You can also start on Starter and move up later. Nothing is rebuilt from scratch when you do; the site grows with the practice.
Questions

What practitioners ask me

Yes, for the Starter and Practice packages, provided you send your words and pictures promptly. The build is rarely what holds a website up. Waiting on content is. Send it over in the first couple of days and the rest is down to me. An Academy site with courses and a member area takes longer, and I’ll tell you honestly how long when we speak.

Included, and completed before you go live: page titles, descriptions, headings, image alt text, sitemap, structured data and your Google Business Profile. Plenty of builders leave this as a paid extra or simply skip it. I don’t hand over a site that isn’t findable.

A practical PDF guide that comes free with every package, written for practitioners rather than marketers: how to get your first enquiries, where to be listed, how to ask for reviews without it feeling awkward, and what is worth posting. A website brings people in. This is how you point them at it.

Yes. Bookings run through Calendly, which connects to Google Calendar, Outlook and iCloud. Block out a morning in your own calendar and those slots disappear from the website automatically, and anything a client books online drops straight back into your diary.

Easily. Each therapy gets its own page, its own length, its own price and its own availability. A client books the specific thing they want and pays the right amount for it.

Yes, and for longer sessions I’d recommend it. You can set a fixed deposit or a percentage, with the balance taken on the day.

This is exactly what I’m good at. I’ve now built several sites for therapies that most people have never heard of, and the trick is always the same: explain what happens, who it’s for and what it feels like, without jargon or overclaiming.

Not to have a website. But if you are accredited, insured or qualified, we’ll display it prominently. For a nervous first-time client those badges do an enormous amount of work.

Yes. Places, limits, waiting lists, downloadable materials and private student areas are all things I’ve built before.

Let’s get your diary filling itself

Tell me about your practice and I’ll tell you honestly what would make the biggest difference.
